“Pianeta Bici” team Alberto BORDINI and Enrico CIARROCCHI
from San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), ran and finished
ABSA Cape Epic 2012 wearing Giordana bikewear.

Pianeta Bici was the only italian Team
among the others coming from 46 different countries
to Cape Town: the Cape Epic is a stage-based race
the only one in the UCI calendar reserved to teams
and is part of the “HC” (Hors Categorie) Circuit
as Vuelta de España, Tour de France and Giro d’Italia.
Bordini and Ciarrocchi finished in 48h 50’
obtaining the 53rd position in Master cat.
Giordana endorsed the italian athletes
with all the technical bikewear to help them
to reach the line of this extremely hard race.
